Depending on the model, you may choose from:

You can customise colour, finish, and upholstery tone.

Simply tell us the general colour or material you prefer, and we will provide real sample photos for your reference. Production begins only after your final confirmation.

For selected models, we can also customise:

Please note that not all models support structural changes.

Most custom orders do not require a high MOQ.

Some models can be customised from 2 -4 pieces, subject to material availability.

Lead time may vary based on material and order complexity

After production:

• Sea freight: approx. 4–6 weeks
  
• Air freight: available on request for faster delivery

Warranty periods vary by product.

Many custom-made and higher-value items receive extended warranty coverage.

The confirmed warranty period will be clearly stated on your invoice.

Custom-made products are non-returnable once production has started.

However, all custom items are fully covered by our quality warranty.
