Shipping Time

As most of the products on our site are custom-made, and shipping distances vary, we use standardized conventional shipping methods. Our products are shipped directly from our overseas factory. Please note that the shipping time via sea and land freight may be longer compared to local sellers, but rest assured, you are paying directly for the products with no middleman markup.

At StoolTopia, we offer three shipping options to cater to your needs:

Express Sea Freight

  • Free Shipping for orders over $500 AUD (Australia) or £500 (UK).

  • Estimated delivery time: 4-6 weeks.

Air Freight

  • Delivery time: 2-3 weeks.

  • Standard item shipping fee: $199 AUD (Australia) or £199 (UK).

  • Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the items. Please contact us for precise shipping quotes before placing your order.

Shipping to Remote Areas (Australia)

  • Standard item shipping fee: $59.9 AUD.

  • Shipping fees to remote areas, such as Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Far North Queensland, may incur additional charges due to their distance from our warehouse. Please contact us with your postal code for an accurate shipping estimate.

Commercial Customers (Australia and UK)

For restaurants, hotels, beauty salons, and other business clients, shipping terms are negotiable based on the order size and requirements. Please reach out to us for tailored shipping options and quotes.

Customs and Taxes

We cover all customs taxes for your orders. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
