Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Processing time begins once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

Since most of the products on our site are custom-made and the shipping distances vary, we use standardized conventional shipping methods.  Our products are shipped directly from overseas factory, and the shipping time via sea and land freight is longer than those local sellers, but our products are shipped without middleman markup, and you get what you pay for.

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 weeks to customer. Free nationwide shipping for orders over $500.  If you are from other countries not included in our current open market, please feel free to contact our customer service to get quote.
• Express Shipping: We provide an Express Shipping option for expedited delivery. The shipping fee is set at 100 AUD per item, ensuring door-to-door delivery within approximately 17 days. 

Customs and Taxes

We cover all customs taxes for your orders. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
